For international orders, the dispatch & delivery time is estimated to be between 14 to 20 working days. Throughout the processing period, we will keep you informed about the status of your order through email notifications
Every international order is subject to standard shipping charges, which will be applied at the time of purchase. This does not include any custom duty charges.
When placing an international order, please be aware that customs charges, VAT fees, or any other applicable duties imposed by your country will have to be paid by you, the customer. As an importer, it is your responsibility to comply with the customs regulations of your country.
In the event that an order incurs customs duties, and if you refuse to accept the delivery due to the charges, please note that the authorities will be required to destroy the package. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
To ensure utmost satisfaction, we require customers to record an unboxing video of the received order in case any discrepancies arise. This will help us address any issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
While we have made every effort to list items accurately to prevent additional charges, there may be rare cases where extra fees apply. Regrettably, products in such instances cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be cancelled for this reason.
Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel the order before it is processed, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. We recommend doing a patch test of all products and read the ingredient list for any known allergies. No exchange or returns and refunds will be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or colour variations.
We may have to cancel certain orders for reasons such as unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies in product information, or other errors. If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, we will initiate a refund. You can also cancel an order before it is processed and approved by us for a full refund. However, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
