How can I cancel my order?
- Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before dispatch of the order
- For the orders where cancellation is applicable, a cancellation button will be displayed against the pertinent order, You can click on the cancel button to cancel the order
- If the Order is in “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed to your original source of payment (which will take 5-7 days post initiation of refund).
How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?
- You will receive a communication on email when cancellation is successful
- You will receive a communication on email when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that
Can I return my order?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns
- But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing products in the order
- Damaged products delivered
- Expired products delivered
