Returns & Refunds Policy
At Veera Health, we take great care in crafting products and programs that are safe, effective, and thoughtfully formulated for your wellness journey. Due to the nature of our programs, personal care & supplement products—and in line with industry standards—we do not do refunds, returns or exchanges.
SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS
At Veera Health, our treatment programs are carefully designed to provide personalized, long-term care. Due to the nature of these programs—which include customized medical advice, app access, and time spent by nutritionists, gynaecologists & other experts on your case—refunds are not permitted once a purchase has been made.

Payments via Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or EMI
- If you choose to pay using a third-party Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) provider or through EMI via banks or platforms such as Simpl, Axio, or others, please note:
- All payment schedules, processing, disputes, and management of your EMI or BNPL plan must be handled directly with the provider.
- Veera Health has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, your payment plan, any interest charges, or pre-closure fees imposed by the BNPL/EMI provider.

If you discontinue using Veera Health services but have used a third-party EMI provider, you are still responsible for completing payments as per the terms set by your lender.
- In case of any refund (see refund policy above), Veera Health will facilitate the refund amount to the bank or provider. However, it is your responsibility to confirm how the cancellation or refund will impact your EMI plan, including any interest charges or penalties.
EMI Provider Terms
EMI facilities are provided solely at the discretion of the respective banks or lenders. Veera Health plays no role in:
- Approving or modifying the EMI offer
- Interest rate decisions
- Pre-closure or closure terms
- Any issues related to EMI execution or disputes
The EMI service is governed by the terms and conditions of the issuing bank/lender. For any inquiries, complaints, or disputes related to your EMI plan, please contact your EMI provider directly.
Limitation of Liability
Veera Health shall not be held liable for any dispute arising from the use of EMI or BNPL services, including payment failures, penalties, or customer dissatisfaction due to lender policies.
SUPPLEMENTS AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care & supplement products—and in line with industry standards—we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT acceptable for returns or exchanges:

Change of mind after purchase
- Dislike of taste, texture, color, or fragrance
- Reactions, allergies, or sensitivities
- Opened, used, or tampered packaging
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
We strongly recommend reading the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item (validated with a clear unboxing video taken by you and emailed to us)
- Your order was cancelled before processing (within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee for international orders)
- We are unable to fulfill your order within 45 business days
To request a refund, you must:

Email us at customercare@veerahealth.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your order ID and a clear video of you opening the original shipping box (recorded in one take, without pauses) showing the issue
- Share photos of the product and packaging if applicable
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
International Orders
For international orders:
- A 10% cancellation fee applies, even if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- All custom duties or import charges must be paid by the customer. If delivery is refused due to these charges, the parcel may be destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
